DOVER, Del. -- Kyle Busch heard the critics who said he was too good, too dominant, too loaded with the best equipment to keep dropping down levels and routinely romping his way toward victories. His response from Victory Lane, too bad. Busch raced to his second victory of the weekend at Dover, taking the checkered flag Saturday in the Nationwide Series race to set himself up for a tripleheader sweep. "I do it for the pure love of the sport and just wanting to be out there," Busch said. "Ill keep doing it as long as we can do it." Busch followed his dominant win Friday night in the Truck Series with another stellar run in Nationwide. He led 124 of 200 laps for his 66th career victory in NASCARs second-tier series. He has 134 wins spread over NASCARs three major series, though he has yet to win a Cup championship or marquee races such as the Daytona 500, Brickyard 400, Coca-Cola 600 or All-Star race. "Ive got a 134 of em now and none of them mean nothing," Busch said. "Hopefully, someday, the big ones come." Busch had a three-race sweep in 2010 at Bristol, which he called the highlight of his career. Hell start second behind pole-winner Brad Keselowski on Sunday in the 400-mile Sprint Cup race. He has one Cup victory this season. "We unloaded fast and I think well be OK tomorrow," Busch said. Former Daytona 500 champion Trevor Bayne was second. Bayne finished strong a week after he reached a deal to race fulltime next season for Roush Fenway Racing. Joey Logano, Matt Kenseth and Chase Elliott round out the top five. Series points leader Regan Smith was 10th. Logano, the pole winner, had won the last four Nationwide races at Dover and would have tied a Nationwide record for consecutive wins at the same track with a victory. "All good things must come to an end and well give it another shot in the fall," Logano said. "Maybe a couple of years later well be sitting here going for five again." This race belonged to Busch. The only driver to sweep a weekend, Busch has been in this position before, but is just 1 for 8 in Cup races after winning the first two. "It seems like the last one is always the hardest one," he said. "Thats due to just the competition." Busch was annoyed after rough practice and qualifying sessions left him feeling as if he didnt have the car to win. Once the green flag dropped, Busch was behind the wheel a No. 54 Toyota he called "awesome." "I didnt think it was, but it was," he said. "I never got the feel I was looking for during practice." Busch, who won for the third time this season, found it when it mattered on the mile concrete track. His brother, Kurt, failed last weekend in his attempt to complete The Double -- drive all 1,100 miles of the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. Kyle Busch hoped he could complete his Triple, though the Cup race is the traditional roadblock in his date with racing history. Busch also was the first driver to win the Truck and Nationwide race at Dover on the same weekend. Busch and Brad Keselowski own Truck teams, and NASCAR star Dale Earnhardt Jr. owns a Nationwide team. And with sponsorship key to funding those operations, corporations often agree to sponsorship deals with the guarantee that the driver/owners will get behind the wheel in a handful of races or more. Tracks, television rights holders and NASCAR also all benefit from the draw of racings top drivers. "I know theres a lot of naysayers that say I dont belong or shouldnt be there," he said. "Until the rules change ... Ill keep running." Randy Johnson Jersey . "We were left with the overall impression that the team wasnt trending toward being able to compete for a Stanley Cup," Capitals owner Ted Leonsis said in a news conference at the clubs arena. "And that was just a clear signal and why it was time to make those changes. Ketel Marte Jersey .com) - Markus Granlund scored the game-winning goal as the Calgary Flames used an early offensive flurry to defeat the Los Angeles Kings, 2-1, on Monday. http://www.diamondbacksteamshop.com/Diam...on-Kids-Jersey/. -- Stacy Lewis shot 7-under 65 to lead the LPGA Tour team to the championship of the 3Tour Challenge on Tuesday. Custom Arizona Diamondbacks Jerseys . Boston is making its first appearance in the ALCS since 2008. For Detroit, its a third straight trip to the ALCS and its fourth in eight years.REGINA - The identity of the Saskatchewan Roughriders offence will not change, regardless who starts at quarterback. The main ingredient in our offence is the same as it always has been — running the ball, said running back Anthony Allen. Thats what gets everything going. It opens up everything else in our offence, so we have to stick to that moving forward. The Riders will have Kerry Joseph under centre for the fourth consecutive game Sunday when they take on the Edmonton Eskimos in the West semifinal at Commonwealth Stadium.Saskatchewan has used three different starters at quarterback since incumbent Darian Durant was lost to a torn tendon in his right elbow on Sept. 7. But no matter who has replaced him, the teams rushing game has been strong. The Riders posted the third-best rushing offence in the CFL this season and averaged 132 yards per game. Allen led the club with 930 yards on the ground, second to league leader Jon Cornish of Calgary (1,082 yards). The first-year tailback likely would have eclipsed the 1,000-yard milestone had he not missed two of the Riders final three regular-season games. With a healthy Allen running behind a solid offensive line, the Riders are poised to keep the pressure on against the host Eskimos. Saskatchewan tallied 194 rushing yards when these teams met a week ago in the regular-season finale at Mosaic Stadium, a game the Riders won 24-17.Allen led the way with a game-high 81 yards on 13 carries and newcomer Steven Miller provided a boost with 71 yards on 11 rushes.I go in there and I wear them down, I break them down and make guys tired, Allen explained in a recent interview. And then Steve can come in and slash through them and take off for 30 or 40 yards, maybe farther than that. Its definitely good for both of us having some fresh legs in there to change it up a bit. However, the Riders strength in running the ball could play into the hands of the two remaining teams in the West.dddddddddddd The Eskimos and the Calgary Stampeders were among the top three run defences in the CFL, with the Eskimos ranked second with 96 yards allowed per contest.Calgary was nearly as stingy with 99 rushing yards allowed.(Edmonton) has a great defence and because itll be the fourth time playing them this year, both coaches are very defensive-minded guys, were both very familiar with each other … its going to be like fighting your brother, Allen said. Its going to be a war out there. The Eskimos are no slouches when it comes to pounding the ball on the ground. Just ask Riders linebacker Brian Peters, who had a first-hand look at Edmontons running attack. The last time the Riders visited Commonwealth (Sept. 26), the home team rushed for 300 yards, led by John Whites 192-yard effort. Quarterback Mike Reilly also broke the 100-yard mark in that game.Thats a shot to your pride, Peters said. When you dont play to your expectation and your pride kicks in and that game left a sour taste in our mouths. Were more than ready to get rid of it and put in a better effort.Edmonton ranked second overall in the league in rushing yards per game (137) and third overall in passing yards (246). Though Matt Nichols is expected to start at quarterback in place of a limping Reilly, Peters doesnt see a change at quarterback making much of a difference.Reilly might be a little more mobile back there than what Nichols has shown us, but they dont really change much when it comes to schemes, he said. Obviously, the weather is a lot colder now and when that happens you can probably expect to see both teams run the ball a little more. But that all depends on the flow of the game and how the defences respond to the run.
