Liverpools Suarez has already been suspended twice for biting an opponent in his career. As a member of Ajax in 2010, Suarez bit the shoulder of PSVs Otman Bakkal and received a two-game suspension from his club and an additional five-game ban from the Royal Dutch Football Association. In April of 2013, Suarez received a 10-match ban for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.
